When you make an enquiry

Our enquiry forms ask for your name, email address, phone number and your message. We collect this so we can respond to you. All fields are required — if you would rather not provide them, you are welcome to contact us directly by phone or email instead.

Automatically, when you visit

Like most websites, our web server records technical information each time a page is requested: your IP address, browser type and version, the pages you view, and the date and time of the request. We also use analytics and bot-protection services described below, which collect similar information.

We do not ask you to create an account, and the site has no public commenting.

Selling and leasing agents

Where you enquire about a specific property, your enquiry is sent to Fortivium and to the agent appointed to that property so they can respond to you directly. That agent is a separate business and handles your information under its own privacy policy.

We use third parties to host the website, deliver email, protect the site from abuse and measure its use. These providers process information on our behalf, and some are located outside Australia — including in the United States. By making an enquiry through this website you consent to that disclosure. Third-party services used on this website

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. It sets cookies and collects information including your IP address, the pages you view and general location. Cloudflare Turnstile

Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which distinguishes human visitors from automated bots. Turnstile processes a limited set of signals — including your IP address, TLS fingerprint and browser user-agent — solely to detect and block bot traffic.
